Annual spring cleaning

This can be done prior to your main letting period or any other time you require.

 

Changeovers

All bed making and cleaning undertaken.

 

Caretaker checks

When your property is empty for a long period of time we can visit on a regular basis (weekly or fortnightly)

 

Refresher cleans

Freshening up your property if it has been empty for weeks at a time.

 

Window cleaning

We can arrange for this to be done on a regular basis, externally and internally.

 

Gardening

We can arrange for your garden to be maintained throughout the year.

 

Laundry

Washing and ironing all bedding.

 

Key holding

We can keep spare keys for the property to let authorised people into the property like plumbers, builders, electricians and meter readers, in addition we can provide guests with replacement keys if they have lost there set, or any other emergency that may arise while your guests are in residence.

 

Welcome packs

Providing your guests with the basics up on arrival. We can add fresh flowers as well.

 

Emergency call outs

Guests will contact you and we can attend on your behalf, we will report to you before undertaking whatever action is called for.

 

Guest information packs

We will arrange to fill your information packs as required with supplies from the local tourist information centre.
